Make sure that remote non-indexable content is not returned in searches

To comply with https://codeberg.org/fediverse/fep/src/branch/main/fep/5feb/fep-5feb.md:

Objects authored by an actor with indexable: false MUST NOT be made available for search to other users unless they were previously displayed and interacted with (e.g. it is allowed for a user to search posts they have bookmarked).

If we exclude remote non-indexable objects from search, that should do it?
