We can view PDFs, but I guess this is about showing the first page of a PDF in the preview card by default, probably as a derived thumbnail image.

This also usable with a lot of subscriptions for minis... many for fantasy/scifi roleplaying include an adventure utilizing the minis that come with the monthly release.
