Give permissions only on certain model files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I got paid models which I'm allowed to commercially print, but not share the STL files. I need a page were friends and customers could browse my files without being able to download them.

Describe the solution you'd like Implement a permission system. Like only authenticated users are able to download files. Public users can only view the models.

Describe alternatives you've considered Model view can also be done via image previews, if there is no other solution. (Generated images or custom PNG/JPG/GIF files) Bonus: Animated GIFs

I think the best option here is to add another level of permission in the caber configuration, preview. That could be interpreted for now as "image files only", but in future could be used for a low-res model download or somesuch, once we have that capabillity.
