Creating new libraries, automatically create the directory.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. New users using manyfold, shouldn't need to know the directory path. And it should automatically create the library folder. Remembering the base library path is hard to do, and is not necessary.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add a setting for the base folder path (it should know this already (/libraries)
2. When creating a library, snake case the name, and create the folder automatically, don't show an option (or if you do, put it under advanced)
