Would it be possible to add a favorites star or similar to the main page items, similar to how the set default image

This would allow a quick way to add items to a list (possibly a tag with the user name)

This is actually in progress, kinda, in #727 , which changes to a more generic "favourite" system for the printed flag, and would support various lists like in #485 .
