[service-manager] handle links with prefix

Description

Services should have a configuration option to be able to handle links that match a given prefix.

For example, considering I have Slack and Google Meet configured as services in ElectronIM, it'd be a nice feature if by clicking on a https://meet.google.com/xxx the link was opened by the Google Meet Service tab. The service could move to the link location (preserving history for back button support) and be focused automatically. Whenever a user sent a meet link from any of the provided services, the Google Meet service could automatically take care of this.
