Main tabs should have a context menu option to reload each service

ElectronIM: 0.0.89 OS: Windows 11 22H2 x64 and MacOS 13.1

Sometimes the web apps opened in ElectronIM can hang or misbehave; it would be nice to have a reload button in each tab's context menu image

This menu option is already available from within the tab contents itself.

However, having the option in the tab title might be interesting too.

Oh my bad - sorry! I completely overlooked the option in the tab content menu :( The tab menu could still be a very natural location to find that kind of option, though.
