Add "Refresh" button for each tab

I'm experiencing regular hangs, or bad view renders for several apps inside ElectronIM. Would be very helpful if there was a "Refresh" button to force an app url to reload and hopefully resolve the problems. Currently the only way to do that is to restart the app.

Bijan created a new menu entry for this purpose. So currently there are 2 ways to refresh the current tab, either by using the shortcut (Ctrl+r Cmd+r F5), or by using the context menu.

@KirilOkun is this enough? were you expecting something else? ---> can we close this issue?
