[PauseMenu] Support for subtabs

What I meant is nested submenutabs, like in UIMenu with that SwitchTo function

Typical confusion eh, Sub Tab != Sub Menu

With new Pause Menu update incoming you can achieve this feature by clearing and rebuilding dynamically each Tab's columns. (The same way R* does)
