Fix / add shortcut capabilities in Firefox

Firefox 128.9.0 on Debian 11 (Bullseye) doesn't give the option to add shortcuts to the add-on. I'm using Page Notes 3.4.8.

The following image shows what appears in about:addons.

Update: I updated my Firefox to version 140.4.0, and it still doesn't work.

Hi @dbednarski, sorry Firefox has so few users (just 63 right now), that it's hard to build support for firefox specific issues :( .. Sorry :(
