texlive.js is failing to produce valid PDF code on Chrome

Heres a Gist of the standard input.pdf output of FireFox and Chrome from your programs input TeX.

Theres a variation near the end of the stream.

I have this problem too. It looks like Chrome and Firefox are generating the same size PDF, but something goes wrong after the log message Output written on input.pdf (1 page, 16610 bytes). Were you able to figure this out?

Haven't tested, but looks like Top-frame navigations to data URLs was disabled?
