Set alpha of CRT-effect?

This is not really an issue but more of a feature request.. :-D I've been trying to dabble with blending to achieve transparency with the CRT-effect, but been failing hardly. Any tips?

Damn it, is it happening again? I was sure to have fixed by this, should look into it but i've barely the time to check my account lately..
