Capture Mousewheel scroll on drag to adjust Elevation

Possibly capture mouse wheel on drag which would increment/decrement the Elevation of the token so the overall distanced covered included the height change + horizontal distance.

Alternative would be to capture chosen key presses to increment/decrement elevation during drag?
