Include note about ignoring Ruler by using Alt-drag in readme

It took me a while to work out how to have Drag Ruler enabled by default and then to ignore the ruler using Alt-drag. Eg for when you need to move an army of monsters across a dungeon without waiting minutes for it to complete.
