I uploaded the manuscript needed to be revised in the content and run the ai-rivision. After it completed I downloaded the manuscript in the content and found it was exactly the same as the one I uploaded.

Can you please describe what you mean by "uploaded the manuscript"? Do you have a link to the repository where the manubot-ai-revision GitHub Action ran so we can troubleshoot this?
