Show used status only

Hello, this plugin help my team to review issues. And I have made the following changes. Hope these can help.

1. Show only used status in the workflow for each project.
2. Bold the summary for issue modified with 24 hours.
3. Show project name in each card for combined view for "All projects".
4. Using the default gravtar setting in config_inc.php.
5. Add traditional Chinese translation.
