Could the issues be ordered by start date in the roadmap view?

I am quite like this plugin for Mantis, but I know only a little about the php. When I open the gantt chart from the gantt roadmap page, I noticed that the issue are listed by their update sequence. Could the issues be ordered by their start day in ascending mode instead. Thank you!
