Deploy CNN WISH peak finding on IDAaaS and write user-friendly script for WISH

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. CNN approach developed as part of #36590 has shown great result both on simulated and real data - the next step is to deploy this on a WISH IDAaaS environment and make some user-friendly scripts that WISH can use in practice on the beamline so they can start testing it!
