Add system test coverage for individual focussing mode in ISIS powder reduction

Additional context Bug fixed in PR #35937 did not break any systems test - despite producing very different number of workspaces. This indicates we need more system test coverage for individual focussing mode in ISIS powder reduction (currently affects POLARIS and GEM)
