Use UBs found on runs with goniometer in FindGoniometerFromUB

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. FindGlobalBMatrix will find a set of UBs that index peaks in multiple runs (rotated by goniometer) so the U (define at zero goniometer) will be similar, but due to mis-calibration in goniometer and sample placement.

Describe the solution you'd like WISH want to change FindGoniometerFromUB to use UBs found on runs with goniometer defined (previously was without goniometer appleid)
