EngDiff fitting sample logs nan if proton charge avg fails

Describe the bug In the Engineering Diffraction Fitting tab, some relevant sample logs can be output to a group workspace. On some runs, the values output are nan, even though the sample log values are fine. The problem may be because caused when averging by the proton charge. Saurabh has suggested possibly saving the proton charge averaged and simple averaged values.

To Reproduce Run a fit in the EngDiff GUI, making sure in the EngDiff settings that sample logs are output.
