Implement 2D detector processing in reflectometry workflow

As part of #31069, some additional steps are required in the main ISIS reflectometry workflow algorithm and batch processing functionality on the GUI to support 2D detectors, namely a calibration step in the preprocessing, the ability to sum segments horizontally before continuing with the reduction as per a linear detector.
