Cost based optimizer improvements

Manticore Search has a cost based optimizer, but it's not perfect. Now that Manticore Search has:

• secondary indexes
• columnar storage
• mix mode (part of the fields are columnar, others are row-wise)
• .spt used for efficient lookup by id

it makes sense to improve the optimizer so it chooses the right path in most cases.
