Arm64 support

Is it planned to support arm64 in APT repository?

Yes. WIP.

There's already a package for Ubuntu Focal - https://repo.manticoresearch.com/repository/manticoresearch_focal/pool/m/manticore/manticore_4.0.2-210921-af497f245_arm64.deb

It was actually done months ago, however initially we build arm packages native way on dedicated machine with arm CPU. Now everything is performed via cross-build, and we're able to build arm/intel packages on one single build docker, which can be run both on arm and intel.

FreeBSD and Windows ARM builds are not provided.
