add classes for direct uses

i add a class for just use it.

declare a var of class call var return the next char in list of spinner type

Example:

sp = Cli_spinner(type='pong')  # definition of a spinner  of type PONG
print(sp.types)  # return all types of spinner

while True:
   # sp.time var of interval
    time.sleep(sp.time/1000)  
    sys.stdout.write(str(sp)+'\r')
