Dockerfile 构建地址不可用, 使用 Github Release 替换

原有 Dockerfile 无法运行 因为 "https://zlib.net/zlib-1.2.12.tar.gz" 这个地址已经不存在了 使用GitHub Release替换此地址下载新版本可行 "https://github.com/madler/zlib/releases/download/v1.2.13/zlib-1.2.13.tar.gz"

域名最后都会跳出一个:8443，变成https://xxx.xxx.xxx:8443，从而失败。

OpenResty 有 [Docker Hub 镜像](https://hub.docker.com/r/openresty/openresty)，可以直接使用，不必在 dockerfile 里再编译一遍
