Busy spinner does not appear when used pulled to refresh

Works if Pull to Refresh is off.

That is because the PTR Indicator is shown. Or don't you see the other loading indicator as well?

I see nothing. It just suddenly updates the list.

Sorry, should have be more clear. No spinner appears when PTR is ON and I open the app, it just updates the list after few seconds. Also same with comments. If I have cached comments and new have been added, there is no activity indicator while it fetches new ones.
