Help Menu for Ubuntu

The Help dropdown from the settings gear doesn't launch any help menu or provide any new information. It would be very useful to have some setting and functional descriptions of what the different processing and opitions (multi-lingual, Page segmentation, for plain text processing whole page vs. autodetect for Recognition Area, etc.)

The previous comment was for the -gtk version. The help also does not function on the -qt5 version
