FWIW, if you're interested, thanks to @gamelaster help, the DPI change is now possible via `--dpi` parameter in `aa-proxy-rs` (at least it's working in my Renault HU): https://github.com/manio/aa-proxy-rs?tab=readme-ov-file#dpi-settings
