Unable to remove a team

The following commands are available:

     create   Create a team in an organization
     list     List teams in an organization
     members  List members of a particular team in and organization
     add      Add user to a specified team in an organization you administer
     remove   Remove user from a specified team in an organization you administer

I tried removing all users, but the team persists.
