App constantly loads, Javascript error when activating "About" panel

Starting sometime end of September 2023, app constantly shows "loading", "About" menu shows Javascript error

Steps to Duplicate ( required for bug reports ):

1. Install or run Weather Bar.
2. Witness breakage
