sketch upload with arduino IDE fails

during upload thre are out of sync errors. solution found on http://arduino.cc/forum/index.php/topic,139671.msg1101205.html#msg1101205 --> change the Low Fuse Setting to 0xF7 = (Full Swing Oscillator 16K CK + 45ms) every upload was successful whit this modification. tested with the 'Mighty 1284p 16MHz using Optiboot' option.

Is there any chance of getting this integrated into the main branch? I can confirm that it's a problem and that the above fixes it.
