Add Menu Bar Item

With creating an background task (#53) for Latest, it would be fitting to run the app as an menu item that shows the number of available updates.

Hi there,

Firstly I wanted to say that I love this app! However, this is my one wished feature for it, as a menu bar item with the number of updatable apps and scheduled auto-checking for updates would make it an even more useful app than it already is.

Are you still planning to implement this feature?
