Multiple App version installed confuse Latest

Summary If you have multiple version of an App installed, Latest see both version but attaches the update notification to the oldest version. Even if the newest version is installed.

Note Probably not the occurrence for most people. I have multiple versions of some Apps installed for testing purposes. I thought it was interesting to observe what happened if you did have multiple versions.

Example 1 - OBS

• OBS version 28.1.2 and 31.1.2 installed.
• Update notification is added to the older version.

Example 2 -HandBrake

• HandBrake version 1.3.1 and 1.10.2 installed.
• Update notification is added to the older version even though the newer version is installed.
