Ignore options

Would be great to have:

1. Ignore until next update
2. Ignore forever

I am assuming that currently Ignore is forever? Not sure.

Well, sort of ;) Inside the View menu you get the option to show ignored apps at the bottom of the list. They don't count into the available updates, but you can update them from there. Unignore is also possible :)

Just found that after doing my first pass of updates!

Still think that "ignore until next update" is useful.

Until next update means "Ignore version 1.2. Once 1.2.1 is out, show the update" right?
