Preference weirdness

We can kind of see other users settings, at /u//preferences, including a form to delete the account, reset password, and export data, but all for the current user. They should probably be hidden if the current user doesn't match the page's user. It would make more sense to just have one preferences page, maybe /preferences or /profile/preferences (which would require moving /profile/), that doesn't take an username as a parameter.

Otherwise, we can just have /u/{username}/preferences with ensuring that /u/{username}/preferences is 404 if you're not this username.

/profile/preferences should work as is, I'm currently using /profile/friendlist for the group recommendation feature (to display all your current friends)
