After some heavy refactoring, they are problems only with MangaPlanet Cloudfront cookies.
* Based on Readmanga.live (ReadManga) * Used in ReadManga, MintManga, SelfManga * Try to fetch images from other servers in case of direct link fail, like original code of ReadManga
* Merged all LineWebtoonXX in a single plugin 'LineWebtoon'. Since there is no manga list, and the code is langage agnostic, its fine. Adding language tagging wont be hard anyway....
