Firstly, thanks so much! Super useful. Q3 will not be implemented, it is a bad design, and even geth is removing it. The rest could be dissected and fixed.

is there anything in the logs? stack trace or something like that?

I got the same on Ropsten yesterday. We need to investigate :-(
