process monitor 3.87 can't run on win 7

process monitor (procmon.exe) version 3.87 can't run on win 7 (error: Unable to load Process Monitor device driver), but 3.86 can run fine without any issues. i find that running 3.86 first then upgrade to 3.87 solves the issue.
