Required link (https://www.mzrst.com/puppy/PPEE(puppy)%201.12.zip) still exist, but somehow chocolatey is not able to download the file
Was there a resolution for this? Looks like my install on Win7 Pro x64 popped this error too.

With Win7 we haven't found a way to establish a secure connection pragmatically with sites that use stronger encryption. So currently, for Win7 some packages are known to fail during installation due to this
There's a problem with https://mzrst.com/. Find an alternative download source and modify ChocolateyInstall.ps1 to it.
