Issue with TLSv1.2 and secure cipher suite on windows 7 x64

If we install FLARE-VM on windows 7, chocolatey/PowerShell will fail to initialize a secure socket with websites that remove support for older SSL version. The following packages are affected:

  • ppee.fireeye
  • ncat.flare
  • nmap.flare
