Describe the bug and expected behavior chocolaty doesnt uninstall spiderfoot.docker.fireeye, seems to be related to the chocolatyuninstall script not dealing with ' " correctly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• open elevated prompt
• choco uninstall spiderfoot.docker.fireeye
