explorer: option to select all rules

Summary

I would like to have an option (select all) to check all rules currently shown in the Program Analysis view of capa explorer. An deselect all option may also be helpful. These option should be disabled if all shown rules are selected (for select all) or no rule is selected (for deselect all).

Motivation

It takes too long to check all checkboxes manually. I would like to be able to fast see in which part of the code capa has detected something.
