capa explorer: IDA appears to hang/crash when loading outdated rule pack

Hi @Riteshk1314 , welcome! You'll need an IDA Pro license to work on this issue. Do you have one?

@Riteshk1314 I recommend you take a look https://github.com/mandiant/capa/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20state%3Aopen%20label%3A%22good%20first%20issue%22 (avoiding the ida-explorer tag) and comment on any issue that you are excited to work on. If none of those fit, you can expand your search to all of the issues, avoiding those focused on IDA Pro and Binary Ninja, as both require a license to work. Once you add a comment to an issue I'll assign it to you.
