Why is this tool a good addition?

It's a single freeware portable exe for decompileing .NET assemblies to C# or IL. from a software development company with commercial backing.

Note: The existing chocolatey community packages are improperly configured and outdated.

This is an installer, may use VM-Install-With-Installer to install.
