[FEATURE] Configure button in Integration Dashboard

Use case I would love to have the ability to re-configure the integration so that I can change configuration values if needed without having to delete and re-add the integration.

Describe the solution you'd like The addition of a "configure" button on the integration dashboard that displays the config flow, allowing for changing of config values.

Describe alternatives you've considered The alternative is to delete and re-add the integration, or to shutdown HA, and edit the config file directly which is not recommended.
