Replace The Ruby Racer with Mini Racer

This is an attempt at replacing The Ruby Racer with Mini Racer (and an attempt to close #30 and possibly #24). I took the SearchIndexResource#build_index method from an alpha fork I found here and used it as a replacement.

I did a bit of testing and it seems to be working for me. I thought at the very least it could spark a conversation and maybe help you guys out.
