Viewing the current .jenkins.ini in Jenkins

It would be really handy to be able to easily see what the jenkins.ini looked like for each build (maybe have it at the top of the build output) and also see what it currently contains when configuring a jenkins job. (Also a helping :grey_question: icon with details about where the config lives would be helpful for anyone who hasn't seen a job configured this way before)
