Now if we choose multiple conditions on the Range highlighter it just has OR It would be nice to have also AND

for example in the below case I need numbers between 1 and 4 so it should highlight just 2 and 3.

@aschonfeld, @reza1615 Just a thought, but I'm guessing if my "row highlight based on query" suggestion in https://github.com/man-group/dtale/issues/592#issuecomment-1007988105 was implemented, it would cover as many condition cases as one could dream up, and wouldn't be bound to numeric/categorical columns like the Range Highlights form seems to be. It would effectively replace the form above.
