Adding license boilerplate

None of the copyright notices say who holds the copyright. Shouldnt they all say something like (c) 2020 Man Group ?

I think we can do with much less boilerplate. From GPL v3: "and each file should have at least the “copyright” line and a pointer to where the full notice is found." So I think the following two lines (or similar) should be sufficient:

Copyright (C) 2020
For a list of authors, see README.md; for the license, see file LICENSE in project root directory.

This would be much leaner than having the full header everywhere.
